Moving Address and want to start a new set of data

If I initialise my data how do I stop Cumulus importing cached data from the weather station

When there is no existing data, Cumulus doesn't download any logger from the station the first time it runs. So if I understand you correctly and you are deleting your data, it will do what you want automatically.
