Cumulus issue

Post by Terry345 »

I have been running Cumulus for about 8 months, and just the other day I came in and the error button was flashing. I could not do anything to that window, if I touched the mouse anywhere a little buzz, the only way to turn it off was in Task Manager. I took Cumulus off and downloaded the latest version. when I open cumulus, the same problem occurs. I have no control over the application.

Thanks in advance for any help.

See the FAQ: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#Cumulu ... to_kill_it

Your station is almost certainly not responding and needs a reset. If you zip up the diags folder and attach it, I can confirm the problem.

Yes, the station has stopped responding, you'll need to reset it.

Also, I notice that you allow your PC to suspend. This will cause loss of data when it happens while Cumulus is running.
