I have developed a excel template that updates data from CUMULUS directly with a linking excel internet.

Easy and simple: CUMULUS data in excel without entering the web.

Updated every 1 minutes

Very good, now get it work from the realtime.txt file to avoid bringing down the whole HTML webpage every time :)

What happens is that the file realtime.txt paste it to excel in a single cell all parameters, and must be in different excel cells to build the link, do you know how to paste the txt in different cells each parameter?

AWEKAS each parameter takes different cells
