Cumulus Support

Hello everyone
I have just signed in for the first time and am using Cumulus. However this did not work all last night. Only when I'm on my machine. I left the machine on last night just to see how it would go, but only a few minutes of data , then starts again when I logged on this morning. Advice to get a contiunues data stream would be my first question.
I'm not a novice when it comes to weather, nor am i a novice when it comes to weather data, but I am a novice when it comes to anything techi.
I'm hoping that by joining this forum I will get help in setting up my own web site where I can upload my data.
I was previously with VWS, but this has been down for some time and will no longer upload.
I am a Davis VP2 owner -Davis customer since 1998.

SO where do I start? I am a Virgin Media customer, so I am hoping that this is a good platform to get started.

Can you confirm that you're not allowing your PC to sleep/hibernate? If you're not, please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

I've changed my settings- so first prob solved! tks
