UV forecast display

Post by gluepack »

Just one of the little things you notice when you are idly looking through your site..

Not sure why anyone would choose to put a black border on everything up to "High" and not on "Very High" and "Extreme" in both the dashboard and the UV forecast page (or rather, put a border of white on vh and yellow on ex) but I have changed mine. Perhaps there is some guide somewhere that suggests it, based on the color block to be bordered, but aesthetically, at least on a white background, it didn't look all that great.

Right..

Neither do I I think it's strange too (exactly) same here. Not heard of one, I think it's just how Ken has done it, yer, yes, it doesn't look at all great I have to agree.

I applaud those with a fine artist's eye on graphic design .. feel free to modify to match your own sensibilities. The template set is just a starting point, and is not intended to be more than an adequate and sturdy base for your own expressions.

Everyone's a critic, right Ken?

I've done a little modifications here and there, but have always appreciated the efforts you guys do for the community...for free, no less. I've used your templates since about 2008.

Thanks again.

Lol, it was a lazy day and I did say... "I have changed mine".

To avoid criticism say nothing, do nothing, be nothing.
― Aristotle
Criticism may not be agreeable, but it is necessary. It fulfills the same function as pain in the human body. It calls attention to an unhealthy state of things.
― Winston Churchill
I have already settled it for myself so flattery and criticism go down the same drain and I am quite free.
― Georgia O'Keeffe
I've spent my life adhering to EULA, RSLT, etc. and writing software for myself and others. Now that I have retired I just plagiarize and criticize others(').
