Stuck at downloading data

Hello Steve,
i got problem with cumulus. I was on holiday and when i back i ran my cumulus to download data (6 days from wh1080 station) and it stuck at downloading data. I wait 30 min and it is 0 %. What should i do?

It may just be taking a long time because it has a lot of data to download - it will stay at 0% until it has downloaded the data, then the counter goes up as it processes the data. But I'd have thought that it would take less than 30 minutes. Could you please zip the contents of the diags folder, and attach it here?

I got the same problem but i wait only 5 min and closed it. Should i wait more time? I got about 10 days of data....

I'd have thought that 10 days of data would take more than 5 minutes. You can have a look in the latest diags file and see what it was doing.
