Cumulus Support

Tom Ehrensperger (a true gentleman, knowledgeable and intelligent by-the-by) has made a beta version of the WRET.EXE component of WXSIM, which now implements the self-learning routines for forecast improvement for Cumulus, which previously was only available to users of other weather software. The software is in BETA but there are no known issues with it, he's been using it.

I think this is now approaching full functionality in WXSIM for Cumulus users.
