FTP Upload Problem

I have been getting intermittent FTP Problems that I think Are related to my host. Some files get updated on my website but mostly not. See images as example.
I think it is the Hosts problem but if someone could have a quick squizz at the ftp log to see if they can spot anything, I would appreciate it.

The only problem I can see in the ftp log is right at the end; a timeout of an upload because there was no response from the server for 30 seconds. It's likely that you had other occurrences and that these were responsible for the missing files.

Thanks. Looks like hosting problem. I'll tackle them tomorrow. I have noticed a lot of timeouts showing as ftp errors and they seem to be getting worse over time.
Perhaps the 1 minute updates are a problem.
