Hi would it be possible to add support for reading actual data sent by the station to serial port? (Comma separated values)

It's possible that I could add this at some point, but I don't know when. Until then you would either have to generate an easyweather.dat file, or emulate an existing station. Interestingly, the Instromet protocol is pretty much just plain text CSV data.
