WeatherBug Upload Issue

Post by mallardnathan »

I have a Cumulus user trying to send data to us. I'm not seeing any data on our end:

http://data.backyard2.weatherbug.com/da ... ?ID=p17875

However, according to their Cumulus screenshot (see attached), everything looks configured OK to me.

Do I need to ask for their log or what else can I do to troubleshoot this?

Thanks!

They could turn on the debug log, then they would see the attempted upload, and any error response returned, if your servers actually return error responses?

How about something simple like closing cumulus and restarting it.

If not I bet a wrong password.

There's also the question of whether their ID is p17675 or p17875 ;)

Ah that's probably it. I overlooked that. I'm tired lately since I'm trying to work on a website and build a computer. :-)

We'll confirm his ID and he should be good to go.

Thanks!
