Pressure Extremes settings do/don't affect Davis forecasts?

Just a quick question to be sure I understand this...

Am I correct in thinking that the "Pressure Extremes" setting in the lower right corner of the station configuration screen only affects things if Cumulus is creating your forecast and if (in my case) the Davis console is creating the forecast then the setting has no effect?

Thanks,
Ed

Correct, but if you are using someones 'forecast icons' they WILL be using the NUMBER generated by the Cumulus forecast.

Thanks, beteljuice. I've set the extremes to values that I managed to come up with for my general area... 28.76 in. to 30.86 in. So far I haven't ventured into using icons, but if I get a wild hair one night they're set. ;)
