Cumulus Support

Due to changes at my server, I have had to alter my Cumulus FTP settings, as a result of which various FTP issues arose. I have fixed all but two...

a) while Culumus will successfully upload the realtimegauges.txt file for the Steelseries gauges if it is NOT set to 'realtime', it fails to upload at all if set to realtime (ie realtime box checked in Configuration Internet Settings Files

b) I have 11 files set to upload as 'Local Filenames'. The eleventh was setup in Cumulus.ini, but I no longer need it. I've deleted the entries in the INI file, but Cumulus still tries to upload it...

Any suggestions?

a) No idea.
b) Did you remember to restart Cumulus after editing the ini file, or edit it with Cumulus stopped?

Do you have 'enable realtime' and 'enable realtime ftp' selected on the other settings tab? If you do, turn on ftp logging and look at the realtimeftplog.txt file.

Did you edit cumulus.ini with Cumulus stopped? It's just not possible for it to upload a file it no longer knows about, and cumulus.ini is the only place the information is held.

Blast, of course it is an INI file! Indeed restarting Cumulus fixed both problems.
