Catch Up

I apparently lost my system due to a power blip around 9.22 am today (last WU record).
Unfortunately I was out and didn't arrive home until nearly noon when I found that Win 8 had failed a recovery and wanted to know if I wanted to roll back (I should check to see if there is some option that will enable auto rollback, dammit).
So, eventually, when Win 8 was back up and running Cumulus downloaded 1700+ records from my device and implied, by flashing light, that it was doing catch up.
However, half an hour later and no data has ended up at WU, not even data from the device since Cumulus restarted. The other weather services seem to have been receiving data. Any ideas?
