Cumulus Support

Hi
i have moved Cumulus to another computer everything looks ok, What i want to do when i finally get a power connection for the iss is to start afresh i read in the wiki that i can delete all data and edit the cumulus ini and change the start date. am i correct in that?
Do i delete all the files in the data folder or just the values within the files.
