How do I change the "Records Since" parameter?

After a year or more of deliberation I have finally switched from Weather Display to Cumulus (and Steve will be receiving a donation in due course!).

Cumulus was set up on 29th May but I have amended all my previous records since June 2011. The records still state "Records Since 29th May 2013". Is there a way that this can be changed?

I've searched the Forum but haven't been able to find the answer.

Stop Cumulus and edit cumulus.ini. Change the "StartDate=" line. Be sure to use the same format for the date.

Can any of those strings safely be edited with Cumulus closed?

Also, off topic, but is there a way to get all new forum posts by RSS?

Yes.

Not that I'm aware of. I'd have to install a mod, and PHPBB mods are a pain.
