hi all, im am in need of some help
I need to come up with a year to date avg temp I have look at the web tags an do not see one
but i was thinking the mite be some tags i could use with php an come up with on i need but im not sure what tags to use?

One option is to use the NOAA reports on your website assuming you have one. Click the current year and use the mean temperature for the year. Mine is 6.0C to date. You can find it here. http://www.cheadlehulmeweather.co.uk/NOAA.php?yr=2013
Inside Cumulus choose View - This Year and it's shown in the Temperature area. There is no web tab for it.
