Cumulus Support

For some reason I get the message - 'already disconnect' after it has uploaded the html pages. It seems to upload a 0kb index file therefore the website is blank. It was fine yesterday. Thanks

Seems to be saying it straight after connecting to site. I pauses for 10 seconds then says already disconnected. I've attached the ftplog.txt and debug.log files.

Try toggling the "Use active FTP mode" under Internet settings Sites and Options tab.

The connection is timing out because there's no response from the server for 30 seconds; something has probably changed between you and the ftp server, possibly firewall/router settings somewhere. You're currently using active ftp mode, try unselecting that to use passive mode, as Bob suggests.
