Welcome to the Cumulus Support forum.

Latest Cumulus MX V4 release 4.0.1 (build 4023) - 16 May 2024

(Note that 4.1.0 (build 4024) - 05 June 2024 remains available, but usage of this version is not recommended - particularly for Davis stations - and the included utility in this distribution for migrating to v4 is known to contain errors affecting conversion of dayfile.txt)

Latest Cumulus MX V3 release 3.28.6 (build 3283) - 21 March 2024

Legacy Cumulus 1 release 1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014
(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

What have you put as the remote filename for the file?

I know very little about Awekas, but do you have to tell it where to pick up your data file (including what the name of file is)?

I having a similar issue, Since the 30th of December, Awekas will not process the data file, despite the fact nothing has changed, there are no admin locks on my account for Awekas. Very odd, can provide a screenshot if required?

I am trying to run awekas, and am using Shawns template from this thread, but I am not getting any data uploaded, I have saved it as awekas_wl.htm in my cumulus data folder and have uploaded the file to the root in my web directory, I have added the files in Cumulus/internet/files as shown in the png file added, can anyone tell me what is missing

You haven't ticked the ftp box.

Do you need 'realtime' for Awekas? How often does it read the file?

unfortunately ticking the ftp box did not help, could it have anything to do with the fact, that when I save the template from notepad, it is saved as
a crome html file, which I upload to the web server; I assumed that cumulus would upload files from the files list together with the standard files list

It's only a 'chrome html' file because you've associated .htm files with Chrome.
which I upload to the web server;
That won't do anything, Cumulus needs to process the file to produce that awekas_wl.htmtmp file in your screen shot, which it then uploads to your web site as awekas_wl.htm.

It does. Have you still got the 'realtime' box ticked, and if so, have you actually got realtime ftp selected? Are the other files in your list being uploaded OK?

yes all the other files in the files list is being uploaded correct, and realtime is functioning correct, I have also attempted to point on the
awekas_wl.htmtmp file as local file in cumulus/internet/files, but it only produce a new file htmtmptmp.

If you turn on ftp logging the realtimeftplog.txt should show what is happening.

There's something about the file name you're supplying that your ftp server doesn't like:

21:32:01:714 >|553 Prohibited file name: www.hareskovvejr.dk\\awekas_wl.htm|\par

I don't know why there are two slashes in there, or the | symbol, or what all those \par things are in the file.
