Having looked through many of the log files, your station is behaving very strangely - but consistently strangely
The archive records have an incrementing rainfall counter, each day seems to have some rain. But then when Cumulus reads the current data the rainfall counter jumps back to the value it had before the archive data was read. This happens every time Cumulus performs a catch-up from the logger.
I'd suggest you reset the logger in your VP2.
A simple thing to try at first is just changing the logging interval in the VP2 to another value, then change it back again to the original value. This will force the console to wipe its contents and reinitialise it.
If that does not fix the problem, then it would be a full power down, remove the logger. Leave it a minute, then reassemble.
PS: You have LOOP2 enabled in the Cumulus config, but your station firmware does not support this command. It would be better to disable the option in the station settings.
