Do you have Javascript disabled perchance? If so, no .NET page will work for you (they end in .aspx), and might explain why the redirection didn't work.

Okay, something else to try:

That's using the standard SSL secure port. If *that* works we know you're blocked from getting at the non-standard port. If it doesn't, I'm totally stumped.

Oh, you *will* get a security warning from the https link, since it's a self-signed site. You can just click through the warning for now.

Not working from here.
Running Windows Vista ultimate.
Hope not any blockade from, like china....
Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Actually, now that I think of it I have a few IP-range blocks on my incoming firewall. If you go to
http://www.whatismyip.com and tell me what it returns, I'll check that.

That was it, I have your Class-A IP range blocked at the firewall (hacking attempts from your part of the world). I've opened it up and I'll bet it'll work for you now. Thanks for your patience.
