Most likely an ftp issue, then. Delete any existing realtimeftplog.txt and ftplog.txt file from the Cumulus folder, then turn on ftp logging. If the file is supposed to upload at the realtime interval, attach the realtimeftplog.txt file, otherwise wait until an update should have happened and attach the ftplog.txt file. Please also show a screenshot of the files tab of your Cumulus internet settings.
Steve, the files you requested.

It looks like a problem with the server:

19:12:59:036 >|550 weather/cumulus.xml: Temporary hidden file /weather/.in.cumulus.xml. already exists|

It's saying the same for another file:

19:13:05:066 >|550 weather/realtime.xml: Temporary hidden file /weather/.in.realtime.xml. already exists|

My guess would be that an upload failed for some reason, and those temporary files got left behind. They're not files that Cumulus creates, the server must do it as part of the upload process. It looks like you will need to delete those files on the server.

Working well on a Google Nexus 10. Would it be possible to have the application self refresh every x amount of time like the widget ? When there is a severe thunderstorm I like to monitor the weather station and auto refresh would give my latest readings.

I will be glad to provide details.
Mine doesn't work either after the last android update, but can't find the app on the play store now to reinstall it.

Hi Steve, yes I've had problems with that app, on both my tablet (nexus 10) and phone (Samsung S4) it keeps crashing ("weather station has stopped" pop up messages every few minutes at times. Emailed developer but no reply so far hence trying Cumulus Realtime app again... without success.

The only one I've got to work is Pocket PWS which works fine but doesn't look so pretty, lol.

Ah, I see. I don't really "use" it as such, I just installed it to try it some time ago, and I just open it now and then for a quick look.

Perhaps I should write an officially supported Cumulus Android app

The app I use has now started to work again, guessing it must have been a issue with the server uploading the xml file ? - as I cant think of anything else :bash:

Steve - would be good if you could create your own app. Essential these apps when you are away from your PC and you want to check on the temp etc :D
