Greetings,
Set up the weather station a while back and everything has been running very smoothly with Cumulus apart from a small glitch when the batteries got a bit low in the wireless display and started loosing contact with the sensors. Happily now resolved with fresh batteries.
However, over the last few days I've been getting an error warning ...
Not sure what the 'issue' is but I have noticed that the anemometer has frozen a couple of times overnight due to the low temperatures during the last 3 or 4 nights ... I have a spare unit here and intend to replace the bearing with a higher quality unit in the hope that this will cure this little hiccup
I've zipped all the relevant stuff so that you can, if inclined, have a look for yourselves as any assistance with this would help
Many thanks in anticipation
O T T

Re: Error report in Cumulus ...
I'm guessing that you looked at the file using notepad, so it wouldn't be obvious what the problem was. In notepad++, you would see the problem:
Those 'nul' characters look like they are supposed to be your 08:20 log entry; there was some kind of problem at the time which caused them to be written instead of the real data. Just remove them, with Cumulus stopped.
