Re: Cumulus/Twitter
To change Twitter accounts, you'll need to stop Cumulus and edit the cumulus.ini file to remove the Oauthtoken and OauthTokenSecret lines, or set them to unknown:
OauthToken=unknown
OauthTokenSecret=unknown
This is unfortunately a consequence of Twitter insisting on this overly-complicated authentication process, and I haven't bothered catering for changing accounts in a 'nice' way, as I assumed it wouldn't happen very often. Removing those lines makes Cumulus go through the process of requesting the tokens for the new account.

Re: Cumulus/Twitter
Hi there,
I'm running Cumulus V1.9.2 build 1032 and have begun to have problems with the twitter capability for a month or so - although it was all working fine for quite a few months before that.
Basically, I am unable to post any tweets. I've tried deleting the two authorisation tokens in my cumulus.ini file (whilst Cumulus was not running) and can see that they are recreated at the next interval so I guess authorisation is working OK. I've also created a twitter.txt file in the root of the Cumulus program directory containing just "Wind <#wspeed>" in case the default tags produce too many characters.
I've turned on debugging but the log doesn't contain any references to twitter.
The only change that I can think of from around the time that this stopped working was that I had to rebuild the PC that I use to copy Cumulus backups to - but it doesn't handle any live Cumulus data so can't see how that would be connected.
Just in case it's relevant the Cumulus application is updating my webspace with html files with no problems. Also, my webtags file is called cumuluswebtags.txttmp and is found in the \cumulus\data directory.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Cumulus/Twitter
Since you're still running v. 1.9.2 have you looked at the above highlighted note "Twitter stopped updating? See This post"? https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=8428

Many thanks for the redirection Paul - I completely missed that!
