b4064 Chart Select-a-Period

From Cumulus MX version 3 build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since, and has recently released Cumulus MX version 4. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

b4064 Chart Select-a-Period

Post by wurzelmac »

Can anybody check the chart "Select-a-Period" within the MX dashboard, please. Is this extreme indoor temperature only here on my side? Btw, this is the only chart that has this issue. All others are showing the value correct. Thanks in advance.

Well no I only see normal values although not sure what pelletslager is :roll: anyway major difference on mine is that I have two scales on the left side and one on the right. Not sure if that makes a difference, I have temp and mph on left and humidity on right!

Thanks for looking, then I have to investigate here on my side. (Pelletslager is an extra temp sensor in a wood storage room.)

I just realised that yours looks like the AI, does it work on the normal dashboard? I don't use the AI at all. I just tried the AI and it seems OK for me.

Hi,
No, I don't see any abnormalities in my installs for Indoor Temp.

Enjoy,
Paul

On both the MX and AI2 dashboards, see my first post (MX) and the second (AI2). ;)

Maybe it has something to do with decimal (point vs comma), because the value is exact multiplied by 10 - waiting for the weekend till Mark chimes in.

I've looked in my Cumulus.ini and there are a couple of InTemp settings.

Code: Select all

InTempOffset=0
InHumOffset=0

InTempMult=1
InHumMult=1
Anything abnormal in yours?

Enjoy,
Paul

Thanks, Paul, but it is really ONLY THIS very graph that is scaling indoor temp wrong. All ok with simply all other graphs, gauges, values, etc. both local within the dashboards as well as online on my website.

I would like to add three screenshots to demonstrate what is happening.
Chart "Recent-Select-a-Chart" scales Indoor Temp correct.
Chart "Select-a-Period" scales Indoor Temp wrong (multiplied with 10), as soon as I hit "Clear Series" the chart is correct again.
And all other places that display Indoor Temp do display the value correct, as I have investigated so far.

This is the output what it returns. I copied it and saved it as a .txt file.
