CMX4 beta b4017 Running OK

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Just to add to it..
MX4 beta is running great on both my weather station sites :D
No problem with data conversation, both running Windows 11 23H2 with dotnet 8.0.3 desktop runtime installed.
I truly appriciate the time and effort you took to convery over from 4.8 to the newer dot net core runtimes. It really helps future proof the project and allows better cross platform compatibility.

I've been running build 4017 and it's going good.
I'm new to Cumulus but I'm getting to understand it.
