Earth view - can this be embedded in my website?

I find this site very interesting and would like to embed a CURRENT image into my website which is updated every 15 minutes.

The other question is the impact on my website usage. Might it exceed my allowance? And being with HostPresto how do I find that?

Go to my website (top one in the banner) and click on Almanac/Sun/Moon Almanac. You will see what you want as you scroll down when you get there.
