Hans - I know you're busy with other stuff so I'm posting this so that I don't forget it.
Friday was sunny...well winter sun with a clear sky which was nice for a change. Solar peaked at 250W/m2 and it was even clear enough to get a bit of UV, only reaching a maximum for the day of 0.6 though. This highlighted a couple of things with the UV plots...
1) The UV axis was scaled from 0 to 1 which was reasonable (but see (2)), but the '1' wasn't plotted at the top of the axis.
2) I don't think auto scaling of the UV axis really works because of the way that the index is used in real life. An index of 0.6 is nothing to worry about, but the plot for Friday is two-thirds of full scale so to a casual viewer (or a casual glance) it looks to be fairly high and I should be digging my sun screen bottle out. I wondered whether it would be possible to have a 'minimum' maximum axis setting for this, e.g. it would be very rare for the index to get above 10 here, so I could set the 'minimum' maximum axis to 10 and my axis would always be scaled from 0 to 10, unless the index went above 10 in which case it would scale as normal. This would mean the 0.6 index on Friday would be far better indicated as a low value.

Re: UV Axis scaling
I have no problem with a soft maximum of 10 for UV (unless a majority of the users wants it at 1 ).
The last label (your first point) is not written because that is a default to HighCharts (it writes the first label but not the last). The last may make it a bit crowded at the top if you have windbarbs there. But OK, I'll write both the first and the last label for all axis.
I could parametrise both Axis features but to be honest: I will not do that. Too many parameters make the system more or less incomprehensible (for some it is already) so I'll settle for a compromise of user opinions in this (with my preference winning )
For good understanding: that will be in 7.0.0 for which no release date has been set as yet.

Re: UV Axis scaling
Chris,
And having said the above, I just saw you use a Khadas-V minicomputer (originally meant for AndoidTV I believe). That is great as looking for low cost alternatives to the RPI (which prices and computer power keep rising) for systems which only run CMX (and maybe just a bit more) is interesting. I recently looked at the Inovato.
It would be nice if you add to that thread your device as another cheap - though not very cheap - alternative. There are I believe many devices below the price of the RPi(5) - take all things like power, cooling etc... into account) which can be in that list so maybe that list can serve as a dynamic thread for alternative hardware list for CMX.

Re: UV Axis scaling
v7.0 is fine. They're not catastrophic issues, just suggestions for minor improvements. I understand the issue of having too many options so not parameterising is good.
