Hi Paul,
Yes it can if the 6313 is uploading to Weatherlink.com. Select the Davis Weatherlink Cloud (WLL/WC) station type in CMX station settings. The data will not be live as the access depends on whether a Weatherlink.com basic free or Pro paid subscription.

Hi,
Yes both will work with the same ISS, but the old style console would need a datalogger for connecting to a computer and to work with CMX whereas the 6313 does not.
