Yeah just did that and it's saying it's unauthorized. I confirmed the ID and password and even changed the password to make sure.

If it's reporting unauthorized then there must be something incorrect about the credentials you have entered in your MX settings. I know you said you have checked, but it is only going to report unauthorized if your credentials are incorrect.

To be sure I changed the password in WU and then in Cumulus and it's still saying unauthorized.
It is not your sign in password that is required but the Key as assigned for your device by WU such as K?J!E&5K which is available when you log in and check My Devices.

Enjoy,
Paul

Weather Underground no longer uses your password for uploads - it's a bit dodgy sending your password unencrypted across the net!

Now you have to use your Station Key - you can find that on your "My Devices" page under the column "Key"

Hi All

I've had this same VP not woken problem for the longest time. i was looking into the above power management options in device manager but they don't exist in my version of windows 10. however if you goto the power options and advanced power options you can get to the setting for "USB selective suspend setting".

https://helpdeskgeek.com/windows-10/wha ... isable-it/

i'm not sure if this is the fix, i'll report back but it definitely sounds like what is going on, my MXdiag is below.

cheers
