Cumulus MX rain total problem

From build 3044 the development baton passed to Mark Crossley. Mark has been responsible for all the Builds since. He has made the code available on GitHub. It is Mark's hope that others will join in this development, but at the very least he welcomes your ideas for future developments (see Cumulus MX Development suggestions).

Cumulus MX rain total problem

I am using Cumulus MX 3.26.0.b3248, and all at once this month, Cumulus MX says there has been more rain than what it tells me in the daily records.
So far this month we've had 46.2mm of rain according to the daily records, but in the 'Now' page it says there has been 48.6mm of Rain this Month.
I have checked the daily records , and there has only been 46.2mm, so where does Cumulus MX get the higher figure from.
I can't say that I have seen this problem before now, unless I just ignored it.

Have you had rain today? The daily records don't get updated until the end of the day.
