Hi just saw this cloud formation, looking North toward Mainland Australia from North East Coast Tasmania.

Can anyone help.

I would hazard a guess at altocumulus, although the photo isn't particularly sharp. It looks to be mostly composed of water droplets, although there are parts of the cloud that could potentially be ice crystals but that's a tricky call to make due to image quality. The undulations suggest atmospheric stability at that height, plus strong winds (either left to right or right to left across the image).

Aha that's it, thank you both I could not find that with web searches.
Yes the image quality was bad sorry, I had grabbed a screen copy off another YouTube Livestream further up the coast from my location (Binalong Bay / Bay of Fires) https://www.twitch.tv/breakoday as I could not see it from my location.
