Well, that streak ended..
CMX was using 100% CPU, so I turned on the logging options, and the only thing I could find was:

Re: WeatherLink Live stability
So I assume you restarted CMX and the WLL?
Otherwise the logging may flood the drive and run out of space.
I recently had that on my test environment and that does not make you happy.

Re: WeatherLink Live stability
I restarted CMX, yes. Only left the debug logging on for an hour, so the file wasn't big. 29 days running + 1 hour debug, the file was only 4.8MB.

Re: WeatherLink Live stability
I don't know how to check my WLL packets but think it is also quite good. And the benefits of WLL...
My internet service provider just went through a massive crash https://www.cnbc.com/2022/07/08/rogers- ... umers.html and service for me was out between 2022-07-08 4:40 am to 2022-07-09 1:15 am. No internet, no landline phone, no cell phone, no TV...
Cumulus/CumulusMX continued to run and get the data from WLL, just no internet uploads. However when internet service was restored WLL updated Weatherlink.com and all is up to date at the 5-minute interval.
Still some issues as the ISP hasn't fully recovered and I am running in several sites not yet accessible.
Enjoy,
Paul

That's pretty heavy for a service provider...PaulMy wrote: ↑Sat 09 Jul 2022 4:16 pm My internet service provider just went through a massive crash https://www.cnbc.com/2022/07/08/rogers- ... umers.html and service for me was out between 2022-07-08 4:40 am to 2022-07-09 1:15 am. Re: WeatherLink Live stability
I can't beat the 1 million multicasts of mapantz, but I'm just about to restart my prod copy of CMX with over 900 thousand packets from the WLL without a break or error...
Code: Select all
Multicast pkts received OK 100.00% (0/917984)
