User login problem

Hi freddie,
I have been helping user brookr from Leeds (Rob) on his CumulusMX updating and MXUIwebsite. It initially appeared that he had some computer issue after a recent Windows 10 update. He now tells me via email he can't login to Cumulus Forum. He can see the forum as a visitor but not login to do any posting.

I’ve tried numerous times to login to no avail, even sending an e mail to the administrator isn’t working. I just end up back on the same login input when I press send.
Not sure what to do now. ??? Strange? It’s obviously my machine that’s playing up with corrupt links.

It’s not my PC.
My son has checked it out on a remote session and he gets the same on his PC
Cumulus Support is not working!
Could you please alert Cumulus support from your end.

I have no problem with a new login to the forum, and all works for me here in Komoka, Canada.

Any thoughts?

Hi Paul,

I just tried a login and it worked.
I just tried using the "email the administrator" function and it worked.
As far as I'm concerned the forum is working just fine.
I will have a look at the user account now.

User account has not been logged in to since late July. I tried to email using the email address associated with the account but it bounced.

Could you please pass on a message asking him to email me at forum@hosiene.co.uk?
