Re: Installation
Mmm... OK, that's just a missing UserAbout, that won't do it.
As the upgrade went OK and the site seems OK. Could you check with another computer (or tablet or phone?).
It is strange that I see things OK.
I looked at the performance chart but see no issues: the boost module is called correctly and finishes correctly.
Could it be that your video chart can't handle the way highcharts does the drawing now?
That would be interesting when Cumulus does an upgrade with the boost module.

Re: Installation
OK, so it is an issue on your computer.
Let's think how we can narrow down the problem further.
Which browser do you use?
Can you try another browser?

Re: Installation
OK. I have no problem with Chrome with my nor with your site.
I'll think this over.
In the mean time, could you disable 'Use hardware acceleration when available' in the system setting of the Google Chrome browser?
(That will be different in French I assume )

Re: Installation
I just installed in MX the latest version of Mark charts.html and charts.js and the problem is the same locally (only for wind direction).

Re: Installation
And progressing on studying the issue I will give some links here, updating this message as I find relevant articles.
We're not alone
I suggest trying some more options, especially setting/resetting the hardware acceleration in Chrome, but if it is not possible to get it running, I will parametrise the use of the boost module. We can't spend hours trying neither can we be obliged to by other computers. You might use another browser though, because it does not seem to be happening with IE, Edge, FF or Opera.
I will work on the parametrisation anyhow.
You might want to check the HeatMap as well. If I am not mistaken that might fail as well because it also has
We're not alone
- Module boost not render in Chrome (Thread on Highcharts Forum)
- Line charts (large datasets) are not rendering with boost enabled in latest Chrome

Re: Installation
You could try removing the boost:{...} section completely. That means the GPU and pre-caching will be turned off. I cannot find any of my systems where the graph doesn't work to test this against
With both of those off, it still renders pretty quickly on my phone.

Re: Installation
@mcrossley: yes. I just implemented a parameter which does exactly that. I don't have a system where the boost does not work either so testing is extremely difficult. However, the google search shows there are problems, so when Patrick is home he can try and report back. We will see. Btw... it may just be that his graphics card is a bit outdated.
@Patrick: How old is your system? Which windows do you run etc... (You switched off the SysInfo of CumulusUtils )

Re: Installation
Hi Hans hi Mark.
I just came in and just disabled hardware acceleration in Chrome and wind direction works, it's not very good because acceleration is automatically activated for Chrome visitors so they don't see the graph I think. .My system at 4 years old with regular updates. This joint systemeinfo.txt downloaded every night but which does not work on the Utils site.

Re: Installation
I agree that is not good. The only thing I can do is make a note in the manual and point anybody to this thread.
OK.
I don't understand why the systeminfoTable.txt is not transferred. Apparently it is generated and I can find the forecast.txt.
Could you post the logfile? Because if there is an upload problem it should be visible in there.

Re: Installation
OK. The sysinfo is the only file that is not directly downloaded by CumulusUtils because it must be edited by Cumulus due to some of the Webtags it contains. It must therefore be added to the Extra Webfiles section with Process and FTP selected. That should solve it.
