The *replacement* temp/hum module in my Davis Vantage Vue 6250 has now died (and they're no longer available), so I'm looking to buy some *other* brand due to Davis's poor reliability in coastal environments. My current leaning is towards an Ambient Weather model WS-2902, but I can't find whether this would be supported by Cumulus MX (it's definitely not listed in the Cumulus 1.9.4 station configuration page).
Is there a list somewhere of AWS brands/models supported by MX?
Thanks.

Re: AWS compatibility chart?
Dazza1223,
Purchased Apr-2012 from USA, so is the 'old' version with pogo pin connectors between the various modules, unlike the hard-wired current VV model. But I've checked and cleaned the pogo pins and gold fingers, still no joy.
Today I'm going to try Dewie's method of removing all the potting around the temp/hum module, cleaning it and spraying with PCB 'lacquer' (except the humidity sensor, of course).
I'll report the results on my 'crazy temp/humidity!' thread.

does anyone know if the 2902 is supported? I got it, not realizing it was not supported at all on Cumulus 1. thanks.DanielF wrote:The *replacement* temp/hum module in my Davis Vantage Vue 6250 has now died (and they're no longer available), so I'm looking to buy some *other* brand due to Davis's poor reliability in coastal environments.
