Hello every1:
I have bought ClimeMet CM2000 recently. Due to a bad location of place I live, I need to extend the cable for the wind sensors.
Do you think it is possible to extend it by another 30 meters?
Thank you for your advice.

Re: Cable for wind sensors extension
what type of connect are used and is there any marking on the cable?
markings on the cable should be like cat5 or cat 6 twisted pair data cables.
the connectors could be rj45 or some thing similar most rj45 with cat 6 can be extended search for extending cables there are quiet a few posts about this

Re: Cable for wind sensors extension
The instruments look like FineOffset. If so the wind sensor can be extended with 4 wire phone line and the appropriate 4 wire coupler. Mine is done this way and works fine. Be sure to thoroughly seal the coupler connection from moisture. Good luck!
