Hi All,
I need some assistance in figuring out and fixing an issue with the temperature trend/graph on my weather website not working.
I have the simple website installed on my web hosting.
All is working well except the temperature trend/graph, all other trends/graphs are working as it should.
When I access CumulusMX locally on the RasPi the temperature trend is showing correctly, but some how the trend on the website is stuck on 24 May 20:30 and not updating. All other trends are updating correctly.
Where and how do I start looking at what is wrong and ultimately fixing the issue.
My website is located at: weather.mht.co.za

One thing you could try is to delete the tempdata.json file on your web site.

Re: Temperature trend on website not updating
Thank you Steve!
Can I just delete the tempdata.json file and the website or CumulusMX will replace/generate a new one?
Or do I need to replace the file from somewhere?

Re: Temperature trend on website not updating
Update,
I deleted the tempdata.json file on from the web site.
The file was not recreated or loaded from CumulusMX.
Other trends/graphs continued to work as before.
Later last night I decided to copy the tempdata.json file from CumulusMX on the RasPi to the web site.
The temperature trend showed up correctly.
This morning when I checked the web site again, the temperature trend did not update since at all since I copied it from the RasPi to the web site.
Where should I look next try and resolve this issue?

Turn on ftp logging and look in the ftplog.txt file for where that file is mentioned. It's also worth looking in the MXdiags file for any errors. You can attach the files here if you want, and I'll take a look when I can - touring Shetland at the moment, internet patchy.

Thank you Steve!
MXdiags revealed the cause of the issue.
It was a ftp quota setting on the web hosting server.
All working again as before!
