I notice the "Wm²" looks like it is Wm-2 on the Solar gauge background. is this a bug or can the - (minus) be removed from the gauge?

Code: Select all
params.unitString = 'Wm²\u207B\u00B2';
Code: Select all
params.unitString = 'W/m²';

Re: WM² in Solar Gauge
It's not a mistake - Wm-2 is an alternative way of writing W/m2. Not sure why Mark chose to do it that way, though.

Re: WM² in Solar Gauge
Just that it takes up less space, and I'm used to writing it like that back from my physics days. I have seen an issue with it though in that I use the superscript "-" character, and some systems do not seem to have that character in their fonts. So maybe I should change it to W/m2steve wrote:It's not a mistake - Wm-2 is an alternative way of writing W/m2. Not sure why Mark chose to do it that way, though.
