if it is an internal server error we would all see this issue however. what ISP are you on? just wondering it they use any caching of data that is causing this. I remember years ago NTLWorld used to use Inktomi Cache software that used to fall over all the time but give only some users issues and others would not see it.
try using Opera browser with a VPN from another country, see if it loads then. just curious as to if that would work for you. does it give you an error from mobile data too?
