Is there an alternative to Weathelink software to do the (complete) station setup ?

What do you mean by "complete station setup"? I have never used the WeatherLink software with either of my consoles.

Sorry, but like I say I have never run WeatherLink. What is you are trying to set that you cannot do on the console itself?
