Davis VP2, weatherlink IP datalogger running on a network

Post by Peterb »

Hi,
We have 2 Davis VP2 connected with weatherlink IP data loggers running on our network where I work, Cumulus MX is on a server. We have had them running successfully for a few years, producing an internal web page so staff can monitor wind speed etc. However, in the last week CumulusMX and the weather stations have stopped sending and receiving data. I have rebooted the weather stations and the network manager has rebooted the server several times. Nothing has changed in the IP address or other setup data and he can ping them over the network but no data is being logged. The data transfer light on the logger ethernet connection is happily flashing away.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Pete
