Vantage Vue Data Logger

Post by verbal »

Hello
I’ve purchased a used Vantage Vue console and data logger as my old one was faulty. It would appear that the previous owner had set it up to use Weatherlink software and the data logger is locked to USB as opposed to virtual serial port and so I’m unable to use Cumulus. Is there any way of unlocking / resetting the data logger?
Thanks

Try downloading and install;

This is the weatherlink software that allows you to manage/configure the logger. Just turn it off when finished. You don't need to keep it running and if you do it will compete with Cumulus for the logger and create issues for both.
