Hi Steve,
Ran the new exe and it did hang. Got a pop up saying it appears the applications has frozen. Attached the bug report here.

On a different note.
Because my station has been up and down for the last couple of months is there a way to import data from weather underground. There is a neighboring station that I can download the data from WU to keep my history fairly acurate.

It's hung up in Windows trying to write to the USB. This would seem to confirm the theory that it's some kind of USB or station issue/incompatibility. I don't think there's anything I can do about that in Cumulus; I'll see if I can think of anything.

I've made a small change to the code which writes to USB, in the latest beta (see Announcements and News). It might help with problem, but to be honest I think it's unlikely. And if it does make a difference, then it would most likely be because there was already some kind of USB problem anyway.
