Had a PWS Weather Undergroud IWestern269 running on Cumulus software
Got a new desktop running on Winsows 10 and cannot match the two, get a screenshot as attached
The Weather Underground app has retired

Looks like Cumulus shows the current date so presumably your PC has the correct date, but the popup message has 2007-02-15 after Downloading data message. I am not familiar with OS but does perhaps the console have an incorrect date?
