Question to WRM88 or WRM200 Users!

Post by geoffw »

Can you site the wind sensor remotely from the rain monitor, temperature monitor and wireless data transmitter? I'm looking to mount the wind sensor some 15 to 20 feet away from and above the remaining sensors.

I am able to do this with my current (but now defunct) Fine Offset, via an extension cable.

The anemometer, temperature sensor, and rain gauge are all separate, self-contained units, each having its own transmitter, so you can mount them all separately, anywhere, within range of the console.

Thanks Steve. That's what I needed to know!

Sad there is such a BIG difference in price.
