It's not clear whether the console is showing zero or just Cumulus? Either way, the Cumulus Wind Multiplier isn't going to help.

Then your anemometer is faulty. Perhaps the reed switch is stuck.

No the console isn't showing zero? Or no the console is showing zero?

Ah, well spotted. I may have misinterpreted the answer!

If the console is also showing zero, my answer stands.

If Cumulus is showing zero, but the console is showing a non-zero reading, then assuming it isn't caused by any calibration settings that you've made in Cumulus (a very small or zero multiplier, or a negative offset), then please turn on the debug log for a few minutes, and then zip up the diags folder and attach it to a reply, and include the debug.log file in the zip.

Then the console is not 'fine' !

Please be clear - Does your weather station display (NOT Cumulus) give a wind speed ?

Cumulus cannot show the wind speed if the station itself is not showing the wind speed. It appears from what you have said that the station itself is not showing the wind speed, so you have a problem with your station. What that problem might be depends on what kind of station you have. Your forum profile says you have a Vantage Vue station and a WH3081 station, but you have posted in the Oregon Scientific section of the forum. What kind of station is it that has the problem?

Your WU page is now showing wind speeds for the recent past, and they seem to correspond approximately with a station near you, so whatever the problem was now appears to have gone away.
