I mostly use iPad to look at my weather pages, and prefer portrait mode.
Now that temperatur is rising and the snow has melted, it has already been some small fires along the railway lines up here in the mountains.
I would therefore like to have the pwsFWI shown at the top when using ipad and iphone.
Could that be possible?
This is in landscape mode:
This is portrait mode on iPad
One has to choose the menu to see the pwsFWI, but there is space to show it:

Re: Show pwsFWI on iPad and iPhone
Point is that it is now implemented as a menu item (which it basically is) so the change is less trivial than it seems.sutne wrote: ↑Wed 02 Jun 2021 11:28 am I mostly use iPad to look at my weather pages, and prefer portrait mode.

I'll take a look at it. I'll get back on this.

Re: Show pwsFWI on iPad and iPhone
The Current pwsFWI has been moved to the Left Header Text position. It is always visible and the Left Header Text will be added to it on a new line below.
Visible on my site, available in next release (5.5.1).
And btw interesting to see Norway at an altitude of 600 m have some serious fire warning which effectively really produces some fires
Here we have the coldest and wettest spring in years and in Spain they are just out of the warnings which is also some kind of unexpected.
The world upside down. Interesting.

Almost there, but white text on yellow background is not easy to read.

No, it was black in previous versions as you see from my screenshots.
It probably inherit it from the surroundings. The header has white text, the menu has black.

Re: Show pwsFWI on iPad and iPhone
@sutne: Just looked at it and you are right: it inherits from the title-div.
But because the colour of the title-text and of the menu-text are both configurable, it was an error in the first place: it needs to be set explicitly and not by inheritance of the surroundings. Fixed it.
