It appears that you have no rights to access YadrTemp2021.txt. As you are the first (and so far only) user to experience this and because you are also on a RPi 3 like myself, it definitely does not seem to be an issue with the code and neither is it a version issue: that code has not been touched for over a year now.

Therefore I think you must look at the [user]rights for creating a file for writing in the utils directory.
Is there enough space?

Is the file at least created?? If so, remove it.

If it is not clear, you might try a completely new install: remove the utils directory, copy the distribution into the utils directory and run again. Make sure the user which runs CumulusUtils has the rights to write to utils!
