Good morning!
Can you send me the logfile of the run in which you try to do the update?

I see your last page update was 25/08/2020 00:05 so the problem is present two days.
Did you recently upgrade CumulusMX and/or CumulusUtils?

Excuse me Mr. Hans, I don't know which log file you are referring to. If you are so kind, can you tell me its name and extension.

Regards

In the directory where you run CumulusMX there is a directory utils/utilslog which contains all logfiles of CumulusUtils with names like '2008271709cumulusutils.log' .
Send me the most recent three files.
Thank you.
Regards, Hans

Yes, correct.
I'll read and then come back to you.

Which version of CMX are you running?

There seem to be multiple issues.
I have the following additional questions:
  1. Could you also post cumulusutils.ini and Cumulus.ini please?
Do it by PM and remove your un/pw information from Cumulus.ini
  2. The CumulusUtils version shown (3.9.2) does not seem to be correct because it is looking for values from CMX which it only does from 4.0.0 and up. So which version do you think you did download/install last?

OK, Lets try without the inifile. Here I go with the issues and options to improve, the logfiles show there are incorrect versions trying to work together and there seems to be an issue with the forecast configuration:
  • Apparently your version of CumulusUtils is higher than what it says in the footer, I think that is because an update has gone wrong. Solution: Do a full update by unzipping the release in the utils directory and copying cumulusutils.exe to the CumulusMX directory.
  • Make sure you have a matching pair of CMX and CumulusUtils. (version of CMX larger then 3.7.0 -> CumulusUtils version >= 4.0.0 or take the latest version. If CMX less then 3.7.0 take 3.9.11, see release topic). I prefer you take the latest version of CMX and the latest version of Cumulusutils. Make sure the installs are complete and correct.
  • Make sure your Forecast is correctly configured (that is where it goes wrong now).
  • Can you give me the exact values of latitude/longitude in your Cumulus.ini file? Cumulus makes that around 12 decimal digits after the point. The issue seems to be there is something different there in your case. For a workaround: add several zeros to both digits to be sure there are more than 6 digits after the decimal point.
  • Subsequently run cumulusutils.exe and send me the logfile.

From what I see is your site situation improving :D That is good ;)
Could you give me the commands you use to update the site - just for confirmation ?

Hello Mr. Hans, thank you very much for your invaluable help.
I sincerely tell you that my knowledge in web pages or utilities like yours are very few, thanks to our good mutual friend Javier (Kocher), who is an excellent person and with great patience with me, I was able to configure its wonderful utility.
Last night thanks to a backup I was able to restore Cumulusutils and for now it is still working.
I tried, even with Javier's explanations, to update to the latest versions of both CumulusMX and Cumulusutils, the result, that nothing worked for me, this is the reason why I reinstalled the backup, for example, CumulusMX latest version, After installing, it did not load the data.
If I could have the logical sequences in order of execution, I would try again, with one program or another.
Thank you very much Hans

Hi @jumavisa, great it is almost working as it should. :D
One important thing is the realtime update which still has some steps to make. The LED is red at the moment.
Thanks to Javier yes, he's a great man, calm and steady supporter of cutils
Let me know if you have any question and if I can do anything.
Regards, Hans

Good morning! I have one additional remark: the last time your site was generated was 25th of august.
Be aware you need to run [automatically] CumulusUtils on a daily basis somewhere after the rollover time.

If you do not, the data will not be refreshed.

Looks good, upgrade of CMX and cutils :D

Now I am curious: how did you get the large version of the gauges (and the extra small ones in the second dashboard)?
Because that is not configurable (intentionally) so you will probably lose that when you refresh the site.
