Hi Hans

Ok it works I completely forgot to process it in the web folder. :bash:
On the other hand, it has a significant length involved (Logon server: \\ USER-PC
Hotfix: 289 Corrections installed.).
Thank you Hans good day.

That is because I originally handle the output in English. Almost impossible to handle all languages, I'll see what I can do, it should stop when the updatelist starts.
Bonne journée :!:

Greetings Hans

The new version (393) works perfectly.

I find the possibility of seeing the graph when clicking on a gauge very good; It should be noted that this occurs, when we already have a graph in the right panel:

The only graph that does not load is the compass rose (wind direction is loaded instead).

Congratulations on improving your application.

Javier

Hi Javier,

Thanks for the feedback and the appreciation ! :D

It also occurs when you have another report in the viewer. And note: if you have the wind speed graph on, than load e.g. YADR and then go Home, you will see the wind speed graph again and not the Temperature graphs: there is no complete reinitialisation anymore. There is a memory of the Cumulus Charts graph (apart from a page refresh, that is when you lose that).
kocher wrote: Sat 27 Jun 2020 8:38 am The only graph that does not load is the compass rose (wind direction is loaded instead).
Yes, that was a choice because I think the Dir graph is the current situation as is the gauge. The windRose graph is the history statistic for all the period. For the same reason, I did not load the Monthly rain or temperature graphs: they don't show the current situation but a statistic.

[Edit 28/6:] But I'll think about a windrose over summer ;)

But let me know: if everybody wished to see something else, that won't be too difficult. Maybe even parametrisable .

Regards, Hans

@billy: @BeaumarisWX: @all:
There seems to be an issue with the copy back mechanism of the maps datafile, creating a hole of some characters. Once in a while this makes the XML scan of the next user erroneous and causes a crash. Still have not found the cause. It's an FTP write back - just plain FTP. I welcome any idea about the cause. Maybe I should use another mechanism.

But it's corrected and working again :roll:

Cheers, Hans

Thanks Hans,
All good here now.
Though would like to change the System Info width from 700px to a tad wider if possible, see my site (it scrolls).
Also is there a way to omit "Registered Owner: etc." Just prefer not to have that on the System Info.
Kindest Regards,

@all:
OK! I am working to solve that annoying 'once in a while error' with the map by implementing an FTP lockfile mechanism. I may need some testers who are willing to synchronise runs of "Cumulusutils mapson" so to enforce collisions. Think it over, I'll be asking within some days or so. This also will be valid for those who only use the map as a module. This issue is so annoying, because it requires manual intervention, that I postpone summer for a few days ;)

@Tony: @all:
For the system info I abandoned selection on the title of the line (because that will be different in all languages) I am thinking of parametrising the inclusion/exclusion of the lines for windows sysinfo by line number. So the user could then specify which lines to show and which not. In the same go I would parametrise the width of the report as those who mostly use tablets probably are happy with the 700. Could you live with that?

For Linux I have no reason to do so as those are several commands with different outputs. But OK, if there are wishes - additions, removals - for the Linux sysinfo let me know.

And all in the same go I will most likely add some to the text dashboard to prevent breaks between the figures and the units when used on a phone or tablet. That would be just more neat.

Hi Hans,
Thank you for the extra work, greatly appreciated, yes all the above sound great.
I can help with testing, though will be offsite all day Wednesday (tomorrow) 1st July.
Kindest Regards,

Good, I'll make a new thread for the test, publishing the beta-release and the test spec for this. I think about a synchronised run at 11u00 and 12u00 UTC on friday 3/7 assuming synced computers and programmed start of exec. Hope some others will join, because creating intentional collisions is not all that easy. Of course I did preliminary testing but the proof of the pudding etc... So a live, crowded, FTP locking test would be nice. Wait for the new thread with the test exec.
